DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
- Design consultation and planning
- Concept drawings and design development
- Advice on suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, equipment, furniture etc
- Preparation of detailed construction drawings based on agreed designs
- Carry out tender exercise or obtain quotes from pre-selected contractors
- Hand over detailed drawings to appointed contractor
- Clarify any design queries with appointed contractor and/or project manager
- Co-operate with other consultants / designers to facilitate design implementation
DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Design consultation, drawings & documentation
- Obtain and submit budget estimate for project
- Carry out tender exercise or obtain quotes from pre-selected contractors
- Supervise procurement of necessary materials, fixtures, equipment, etc
- Facilitate selection and purchase of furniture, etc
- Award contract and appoint project manager
- Monitor and control project-quality, schedule and costs
- Conduct final inspection and hand over completed project
- Scrutinize and verify contractor’s final billing prior to submission to client
DESIGN & BUILD SERVICE
- Design consultation, drawings & documentation
- Ascertain costs and quote for entire project
- Engage all necessary contractors
- Procure all necessary materials, fixtures, equipment, furniture etc
- Appoint site supervisor or project manager
- Execute and control project quality, schedule and costs
- Hand over completed project and submit final account
